Once we have worked through perfecting your home design, we will meet with you on your site and discuss your preferred house sighting and assess any site-specific requirements in building your New Home. This allows us to confirm all costs and requirements for a detailed quotation, with full Specification of the items included and allowed for. When you are happy to proceed, this quotation will then be taken straight to a Lump Sum Build Contract that is a fixed price.
Permits AND FEES
Noted in the Specification is the fact that all Permits and Council Fees are included in your pricing.
Should your site require a Development Application, due to Council requirements, we will put you in contact with a Town Planner for you to complete this before we progress to Contract. That way we know there will not be any unnecessary delays in our progress towards the construction of your New Home.
